Bridgewise Ltd and/or any of its affiliates (“Bridgewise”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “the Company”) present this Privacy Policy to describe how we treat your Personal Information when you visit or use our Site, App and/or Services (as defined below). This document, along with our Terms of Use and Client Agreement, collectively govern the use of our Services, Site, and App. We currently offer tailor-made, AI-powered investment analysis products and services, and may offer additional software products and services in the future (collectively, the “Services”), through our website, different client-related platforms, or relevant mobile applications (“Site/s” or “App”).
For the purpose of this document, a “User” is an individual who creates an account on our Site or App to use or explore our services software; a “Client” is an individual who signs any form of our Client Agreement and is entitled to use a payable service that we offer.
The information we collect varies over the user’s current status (Client, User, or former User) and different instances through the use of the service (registration to open an account, contacting support services, answering questions for a better understanding of the services you might use).
Bridgewise Ltd might collect Personal Information from Users, including but not limited to: name, e-mail address, telephone number, zip code, Internet Protocol address, birth date, and information collected through surveys.
No legal requirement and Free Will
We hereby inform you, and you hereby acknowledge that you have no legal obligation to provide us with any personal information when you use our services, and the provision of personal information is solely based on your free will. However, if you fail to provide us with certain personal information, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of our Services.
With your choice to provide personal information to the Company, you declare and undertake as follows:
(a) The personal information that you provide to the Company is correct, complete, accurate and belongs to you and you will inform us of any updates in such personal information, at least on an annual basis.
(b) You are aware that the personal information will be retained in the Company’s databases, and the Company will be entitled to process it and to transfer it to third parties acting on its behalf or in cooperation with it, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly solicit Personal Information directly from or about persons under the age of 18. And ask anyone under the age of 18 to not submit any Personal Information to us. In case we are aware of such information provided, we will delete it from our files unless regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so. Each time you consent to the processing of your personal information, you must be above age 18 (or above age 13 or 16 to the extent required under applicable law). If you do not meet these age requirements, you are required to obtain consent from your parent or guardian to process information in accordance with this Privacy Policy; otherwise, the Company will not provide you with its services. At its own discretion, the Company reserves the right to request information and proof from you about your age. If a parent or legal guardian provides personal information about a minor you declare that you are the legal guardian authorized to provide the personal information to the Company.
We do not collect Personal Information about your online activities and do not knowingly authorize third parties to collect Personal Information about your online activities. Therefore, our Site does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
Bridgewise Ltd. might also make use of sorts of referral programs allowing its members to lower one or more of their fees in exchange for referring a person who becomes Bridgewise’s Client. By participating, a member is asked to provide us with information about the person to whom he refers to our Service.
We might collect non-personal information through other sources, such as Automatic Data Collection (Internet protocol (“IP”) address, details about your browser,cookie identifiers, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, mobile carrier, operating system or device, location information, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before, during and after using the Services, information about the links you click, and other information about how you use the Services), Anonymized or Aggregated Information records used for internal analysis and research or sharing with third-parties, Cookies and Pixels (a small piece of computer code that enables our Web servers to “identify” Users and Clients, each time they initiate a session on our Site), Pixel Tags (“web beacons,” small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our Sites including IP address, time the page was viewed, ,URL and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server type of browser that fetched).
You may choose not to provide such information to us, but if you choose not to provide such information, you might be limited with regard to the usage of some features or services we offer.
We use and might maintain your Personal Information for a variety of business purposes, such as to help you explore and use our Services, provide client support, offer you additional products or services, enhance our Services, for regulatory reasons, and for research and internal analysis.
The Company will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary and the duration depends on the purposes for which the personal information is processed and the requirements of applicable law, as detailed in this Privacy Policy

Your browsing activity may be tracked across different websites and different devices or apps, Social Media, and Links to Other Websites and Applications.
This Privacy Policy and these terms apply only to Bridgewise Ltd.s’s Services and applications, and not to other links that may appear on our Site and Apps that are not directly operated or controlled by us. We do not endorse or make any representations about Linked Third-Party information and do not control Linked Third-Party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from those set out in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
Bridgewise Ltd. shares personal information with the following third parties located in Israel or in third countries (including in countries which may offer lowers levels of protection for personal information than those in your jurisdiction): (i) The Company’s subsidiaries and group entities, as may be from time to time (the “Group”). We share personal information with entities within the Group for the purpose of supporting the general activity of the Group and other affiliates, where one company is providing services to another company, for marketing purposes and for the internal needs of the companies in the Group and to other affiliates; (ii) Business Partners; (iii) Service Providers and Suppliers – the Company shares personal information with entities whose services assist us in providing and improving our services and products to our Clients and Users, including, inter alia, (1) IT services; (2) cloud storage; (3) payment services and credit card companies; (4) data security services; (5) fraud detection and prevention services; (6) analytics; (7) social network providers; (8) marketing service providers, online advertising providers and customer research and survey providers; (9) third party AI systems providers; and (10) insurers; (iv) Lawyers, Accountants and Interested Parties – the Company will share personal information with lawyers and interested parties in cases of (i) disputes, complaints, claims, lawsuits, demands or legal procedures to which the Company is party; or (ii) any other legal matters where appropriate. Personal information may also be shared with accountants, auditors, assessors and consulting companies; and (v) The Company may be legally required to share personal information with public authorities in various countries to fulfill legal obligations.

Bridgewise takes information security matters with the utmost seriousness. We maintain an active ISO 27001 certification and enforces a comprehensive set of internal information security policies and procedures to protect its systems, data, and operations.
